If you installed another MT5 terminal and started getting activation errors, re-run MT5 License Setup for that terminal.

Alerts not firing? Verify: MT5 → Tools → Options → Notifications (enabled) and your indicator alert toggles are ON.

Frequently Asked Questions

My license says “NOT ACTIVATED”. What do I do?
1) Make sure you’re on the same PC used during activation.
2) Restart MT5 and re-attach the indicator.
3) If you installed another MT5 terminal, re-run MT5 License Setup for the terminal you’re using.
4) If it persists, contact support with your order number and a screenshot of the “Experts” tab.
I’m not receiving alerts or notifications.
Check MT5 → Tools → Options → Notifications and confirm your MetaQuotes ID is set. Then confirm the indicator alert inputs are enabled.
I changed PC. Can my license be reset?
Yes — contact support with your order number and the reason for the PC change.
